SUN/SETS Season back!
Join us this summer for a one-of-a-kind outdoor event series inviting you to connect, move, and celebrate under the open sky. Explore embodied practices like yoga and mindful movement - or simply vibe to the music in good company. As the sun dips low, gather for a sunset ceremony, celebrating gratitude and connection to ourselves and each other.
Then - ignite the dance floor with self expression and joy as the area’s best DJs carry you into a full moon celebration. SUN/SETS isn’t your average dance party - it’s a celebration of creativity, connection, and community.

How can I get involved?
Activities & Programs: SUN/SETS is all about showing up and participating - that means you! Want to paint live? Do it. Love poi? Spin away! We encourage you to lean in and contribute what you feel would make the SUN/SETS experience amazing through your active participation. Please fill out this form.

Where are the events located?
SUN/SETS occurs at stunning estates and farms in central Virginia within a 25 minute drive of Charlottesville. The event address is announced the day prior to ticketholders.
There is free parking on site at each venue. Please have a safe driving plan in place and consider carpooling or ride shares!
Is there an age limit?
SUN/SETS events are 21+
Food and drink?
Pack a picnic! There will also be a cash bar at each event with local wines, beer, and non-alcoholic drinks.

In 2024, we celebrated five years of SUN/SETS: epic dance gatherings, mindful meditations, and creative connections that bring people together in ways that matter on some of the most beautiful farms and estates in Virginia.
Over four events, we welcomed 1,072 attendees to SUN/SETS - over half of whom joined through scholarships and donations. SUN/SETS remains one of the most accessible events in Charlottesville - and we’re grateful to everyone that has contributed to build the series and bring incredible energy to Charlottesville.
