Music fills the space while conversations happen in every corner. At one table, the DMV helps people obtain driver's licenses. Nearby, licensed practitioners provide free acupuncture. The Tom Tom Festival Block Party April 24 - 25, 2026 The 14th Annual Tom Tom Festival and the iconic Downtown Mall Block Party were a celebration of community at its best.
