What does a more supportive future for mothers and families look like? Our partners Women Advancing and Women United bring that question to the forefront with a screening of No Country for Mothers.
No Country for Mothers follows activist Reshma Saujani as she examines the divisions surrounding modern motherhood and the lack of structural support for American families. The Charlottesville screening will be followed by a local panel conversation about motherhood, entrepreneurship, education, and community, exploring what it would look like to build a culture that truly supports mothers and families. The event brings together a range of local perspectives, including Milkmade Founder and past Tom Tom Speaker, Jenny Lynn Walding, and longtime partner and board member, Kate Byrne.
