Announcing our 2025 Theme:
EVOLVE speaks to our underlying optimism. We take the past, we take changing circumstances, we take challenging realities, and we become something stronger and more resilient. Can our community harness the hope, creativity and determination to evolve into something new?
Who Can Host a Community Partner Event at Tom Tom?
We look for partner events that are public-facing and highlight important work being done in the community. Ideally, they feature collaborations between organizations and encourage year-round partnerships.

Open and Inclusive: The event should be community-led and welcome all participants.

Cross-Promotion: Our partners should actively promote both the Festival and Tom Tom

Community Connection: The event must foster connections among people and provide value to the Charlottesville community.

Alignment with Theme: It should align with the core principles of our 13th annual theme, EVOLVE.

Types of Events: These can include talks, workshops, charity runs, series of discussions or lectures, or competitions. They can be free or ticketed. The main goal is to connect people.

Requirements: There is no application or participation fee for partnering with Tom Tom. If you are hosting an event, you are responsible for any supplies you would like to use, and you must find your own venue.

During the Tom Tom Festival, our TOGETHER Conference convenes engaged citizen leaders from all sectors and neighborhoods. Four immersive tracks tackle some of the most important questions about the future of the community.
