Are you part of a local organization that wants to host an event during the 12th Annual Tom Tom Festival: TOGETHER? We'd love to partner with you!
From the beginning, Tom Tom’s schedule has been filled with community-led events that are planned and run by the Charlottesville community. Tom Tom’s success is directly tied to the hundreds of participating and supporting organizations who share their skills, interests, and missions and help build a brighter tomorrow.
What do we look for?
We look for partner events that are public-facing and highlight important work being done in the community. Ideally they feature collaborations between organizations and encourage year-round partnerships.
In the past, Partner events have had a wide range of formats: from a charity run, or a competition, to a series of discussions or lectures. They can be free or ticketed. The main thing is, they must add some kind of value to the Charlottesville community that aligns with the core principles of the TOGETHER Festival.

There is no application or participation fee for partnering with Tom Tom. If you are hosting a workshop, you are responsible for any supplies you would like to use. Tours and Open Houses are not required to provide refreshments, but are welcome to.
